How Will the Psychosocial Oncology Clinic Help?

Managing the emotional part of receiving cancer treatments can be challenging. To help you adjust to this stressful transition, our professionals concentrate on rapidly identifying your needs.

Working with you, we make informed recommendations on how to best manage and alleviate your depression, anxiety and other difficulties you may face, as you cope with cancer.

Within this clinic, we provide individual counselling sessions, as required, between you and a registered dietitian, social worker, chaplain/spiritual care specialist, psychiatrist or medical psychotherapist.
