How You May Feel
You become a cancer survivor from the moment of your diagnosis through to the balance of your life. Once you finish your active treatment, your family and friends may expect you to be overjoyed but you may not feel that way as you leave the ‘safety-net’ of active treatment.
What You May Need
The SRCC at Southlake and the Central Regional Cancer Program (CRCP) offer programs and services to help you and your family as you transition from active cancer treatment to life post-treatment. These services also include end-of-life care, if and when it’s required.
